Job Description
Revenue Enablement sits at the centre of that ambition. It is how EcoVadis translates strategy into performance — equipping Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care and other Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to engage customers more effectively, accelerate revenue, and reduce churn. As AI reshapes how frontline teams learn, sell and are supported, this function is also at the forefront of defining what modern, high-impact enablement looks like at scale.
Responsibilities
- Set an ambitious vision for and lead a global team of 8 experts across Enablement Business Partnering, Program Development, Operations, and AI.
- Partner with senior GTM leadership to align Revenue Enablement strategy with global business outcomes.
- Build and scale programs that improve seller productivity, manager effectiveness, and execution across the GTM organization.
- Define and execute a clear enablement roadmap that prioritizes high-impact performance needs.
- Foster a high-performing culture by empowering direct reports through continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and clear accountability to drive individual development and business impact.
- Oversee the quality and execution discipline of the global program portfolio, from onboarding to leadership development.
- Define and operationalize success metrics for enablement, moving beyond activity reporting and connecting programs to measurable revenue outcomes.
- Drive the AI transformation strategy, operationalizing AI-powered coaching, call analysis, and automated workflows.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales/CS Enablement or a related commercial excellence function, including a proven track record (5+ years) of inspiring and leading teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams, ideally of comparable size and scope.
- Track record of partnering with and influencing senior commercial leaders.
- Experience operating across Sales and Customer Success in a global B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong command of revenue methodologies, customer lifecycle management and commercial performance metrics.
- Evidence of connecting Enablement strategy to measurable business outcomes, not just program delivery.
- Practical experience deploying AI or automation within an enablement or GTM context, e.g., through agentic tools, LLM-powered coaching, adaptive learning platforms, etc.
- Fluent professional English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Occasional international travel will be required.
