Freelance Opportunity | Swedish Translators & Proofreaders | Remote

We are currently expanding our pool of freelance language professionals and would like to connect with experienced Swedish Translators and Proofreaders for upcoming and future projects.

At present, we are exploring a potential requirement involving HR and corporate documentation. In addition, we regularly receive translation and proofreading assignments across various industries and content domains. We are therefore seeking dependable linguists interested in establishing a long-term freelance collaboration and supporting project-based requirements as they arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in translation and/or proofreading
• Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English
• Experience handling corporate, HR, legal, financial, or marketing content will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage project timelines effectively
• Comfortable coordinating via WhatsApp for project communication
• Interested in long-term freelance opportunities and ongoing collaboration

Compensation

Translation: USD 0.03 – 0.05 per word

Proofreading: USD 0.01 – 0.02 per word

These rates are aligned with the budget expectations of some of our current and upcoming clients. However, professionals with different rate expectations are also encouraged to apply, as project budgets may vary depending on client requirements. Compensation may also be reviewed over time based on project volume, performance, quality, and overall collaboration.
