Build Engineer

As a Build Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the development pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and enhance the tools and systems used by the development team to build, test, and deploy game software.### What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated build systems to compile source code, package game assets, and generate builds for multiple platforms (e.g., PC, consoles).
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, enabling rapid iteration and delivery of game builds.
• Oversee version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce) to track changes, ensure code integrity, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the build process, optimizing workflows to enhance productivity and reduce build times.
• Provide assistance and troubleshooting for developers using build tools and systems, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing disruptions to the development process.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in game development.
• Experience developing build tools and pipelines supporting a shipped game title.
• Experience working with build systems (Jenkins, Horde etc.).
• Programming/scripting knowledge (C++, C#, Python).
• Experience working with Source Control (Git, Perforce).

Salary range Starting from SEK 35,000 rising to SEK 75,000 with experience, plus bi-annual bonus, and perks.### About TTK Games AB
