Job description Up to £48,000 per year

35 hours per week

Remote with office attendance as require in London or Peterborough

Fixed term role to cover maternity leave

We’re looking for an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead our merchandising strategy across online, B2B and physical retail.

You’ll take ownership of stock planning, forecasting, allocation and performance, using customer insight and sales data to make sure we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time.

You’ll work closely with our Buying, Ecommerce and B2B teams, manage our external warehouse relationship and lead a small merchandising team.

You’ll bring:

• Strong merchandising experience, ideally across multiple retail channels
• Excellent stock, inventory and forecasting knowledge
• A commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience turning sales and customer data into action
• Confident leadership and communication skills
