Role description Role: Lead SME Cryptography

Location: Krakow, Poland

6 Months contract

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert SME for Cryptographic Services Certificate Lifecycle Management CLM and associated processes
• Work closely with global teams vendors and internal stakeholders to support cryptographic services
• Manage and support TLSSSL certificate and SSH key lifecycle processes
• Identify process gaps operational risks and improvement opportunities
• Lead change implementation activities and coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement and data quality enhancement initiatives
• Generate reports and analytics from multiple data sources to identify issues and track progress
• Act as the first escalation point for complex cryptographyrelated issues
• Support end users with nonstandard cryptographic service requests and technical consultations
• Respond to and resolve urgent production incidents involving cryptographic services
• Engage with business teams to support SSHTLS remediation activities
• Implement and manage change management controls and governance
• Troubleshoot certificate generation issues and connectivity problems between Venafi TPP and target systems
• Review solution designs and documentation to ensure cryptographic security assurance
• Provide cryptography consultancy and advisory services globally
• Process ServiceNow requests within agreed SLAs
• Support coach and mentor team members

To be successful in this role you should have

• Strong experience with Venafi Trust Protection Platform TPP or similar Certificate Lifecycle Management CLM tools
• Handson experience managing TLSSSL certificates and SSH key management processes
• Good understanding of Cryptography concepts and Network Security protocols
• Strong stakeholder management and customerfacing experience
• Experience working with global teams and crossfunctional IT organizations
• Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Strong understanding of security risk compliance and operational standards
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and enterprise environments
• Proven experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Strong knowledge of SSH SSLTLS functionality and certificate lifecycle practices
• Good Python scripting skills
• Good SQLMySQL knowledge
• Strong documentation reporting and governance skills
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and workflow processes
• Strong communication and consultancy capabilities
• Desire to grow and develop within Cryptography and Cybersecurity domains

Nice to Have

• HTML and CSS knowledge
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience using cURL commands
• Experience with Splunk
• Experience with automation and cryptographic workflow integrations
