What is our proposal?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Intern to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will provide essential operational and execution support to the Trade Marketing team, helping create, coordinate, and maintain trade marketing assets across international markets and ensuring our B2B travel partners have the most accurate and up-to-date resources.
This internship offers a hands-on learning opportunity within the B2B travel sector, giving you direct exposure to multi-market campaign support, content management, and partner communications in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Trade Marketing Support: Support the Trade Marketing team with the creation, coordination, and maintenance of trade marketing materials across different markets.
- Documentation & Asset Management: Keep internal documents, product information, and marketing resources accurate and up to date, ensuring the team always has the latest information.
- Landing Page Maintenance: Regularly review and update advisor-facing landing pages, ensuring product details, pricing, offers, and promotional content are accurate and relevant.
- Advisor Communications: Support Travel Advisor communications and updates, including product launches, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and sales opportunities.
- Asset Creation: Create and coordinate trade marketing assets, including flyers, promotional materials, and sales support tools.
- Campaign Reporting: Support campaign monitoring and reporting, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing relevant insights to the Trade Marketing team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn about trade marketing, B2B partner engagement, and the global travel industry.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar workplace tools.
- Reliable written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
