Support our Technical Support, Training & Competence Development (TCD), and Crewing teams in driving process improvements, digitalization initiatives, documentation management, and day-to-day operational activities across the business.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support service reporting, project administration, and document management activities.

• Assist with process improvement, digitalization, and workflow automation initiatives.

• Contribute to the implementation of AI-supported tools and GoFormz solutions.

• Maintain and update training documentation, learning materials, SharePoint repositories, and competence records.

• Create and update presentations, e-learning content, and training videos.

• Provide administrative support, data migration assistance, and ad hoc project support across multiple departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a commercial discipline with strong technical understanding.

• Proficient in the use of IT systems and digital tools.

• Solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to explore IT-based solutions to challenges.

• Strong interest in processes, structures, and continuous improvement.

• Organized and analytical approach to work.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
