Senior CRA Consultant (Hardware & Software)

TeamPilot is looking for a senior CRA Consultant. This is a flexible role for an initial smaller number of hours starting in September. The project involves an initial advisory and scoping phase focusing on cybersecurity compliance under the EU Cyber Resilience Act. There is a possibility for the assignment to expand into hands-on implementation over time if the collaboration is successful.

The role and technical environment:

You will assist a product company that develops advanced hardware, software platforms, and surveillance systems. A core part of the assignment is to act as a strategic sounding board to evaluate existing compliance plans and help prioritize development efforts. You will put the CRA framework into context for a complex ecosystem that includes connected devices and industrial software applications.

Who you are:

We are looking for a communicative and pedagogical professional who excels in close dialogue and strategic planning. You have practical experience with CRA compliance within tech or product manufacturing companies rather than just general legal knowledge. You are skilled at setting regulatory requirements into context for complex operations involving connected hardware and software. It is a great bonus if you have experience with cybersecurity standards for industrial tech or video systems.
