Short-Form Content Scriptwriter

The company

Growthopia is a short-form content agency. We script, edit, and distribute video at scale across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Our clients have generated over 10 billion organic views, and behind every one of those views is a script that earned attention in the first two seconds.

We are hiring a copywriter to write those scripts.

The clients

You will write for 7, 8, and 9 figure entrepreneurs. Founders, doctors, lawyers, investors, and coaches with large audiences and serious businesses. Your words will run in front of millions of viewers under names people recognize. Few copywriting roles build a portfolio at this level, at this speed.

The work

You will write short-form video scripts, hooks, and captions every day. You will identify trends while they are still climbing and adapt them to each client's voice before the market catches up. You will study what performs, understand why it performs, and apply it. Your scripts will be measured on views, retention, and shares, and you will refine your writing based on those numbers.

You will work directly with our scripting and editing team, so what you write in the morning can be on screen within days.

The person

You live on social media. You understand the platforms natively, not because you studied them for a job, but because they are where you already spend your time and attention.

You have written for short-form content professionally, or you have built a brand or page of your own with results to show. You know how to write in a client's voice without losing what makes it theirs. You understand hooks, retention, and why the opening line decides everything. You move fast, take direction well, and hold your own work to a high standard before anyone reviews it.

The offer

Full-time and fully remote. Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to how your content performs. Salary begins at $3,500 USD and goes up to $5,000 USD per month.
