Are you passionate about quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement?
We are looking for Quality Technicians to join our team in Ludvika and play an important role in ensuring high product quality throughout our manufacturing processes.
As a Quality Technician, you will work closely with production and other internal stakeholders to ensure that our products meet established requirements, standards, and customer expectations. Depending on the position, your focus may be on electrical testing of our bushings, incoming inspection of materials and components, or quality assessments within production.
About the Role
As a Quality Technician, you will contribute to maintaining and improving product quality across our operations. You will be involved in testing, inspections, deviation handling, and continuous improvement activities, helping to ensure that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Perform and document quality inspections and verification activities.
- Conduct electrical testing of products and evaluate test results.
- Perform incoming inspections of materials and components.
- Analyze and follow up on quality deviations.
- Support root cause analyses and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards, processes, and requirements.
- Monitor quality performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and other functions to maintain and improve product quality.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with a strong quality mindset and an interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
We would like you to have:
- A technical education or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in quality-related work within manufacturing or industry.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Good communication skills and a structured way of working.
