Temp Head of Housekeeping – Private Estate, Greece

A large private estate in Greece is seeking a Head of Housekeeping to join ASAP through to approximately 8th September.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional to lead a team within a busy, high-end private estate catering to ultra-high-net-worth guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property is maintained to immaculate standards while overseeing the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department.

The role involves managing and supporting the housekeeping team, coordinating daily schedules, preparing the estate for guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring every area of the property is presented to the highest standard. Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to lead by example are essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior housekeeping role within luxury villas, private households or large yachts, and be confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment. A calm, proactive approach and excellent communication skills are key, with the ability to anticipate requirements and maintain exceptionally high standards throughout.

Due to the profile of the owners and guests, discretion and professionalism are paramount. An NDA will be required for the successful candidate.
