Regional Business Manager
Vermeer Corporation · 's-Heer Arendskerke, Netherlands
You apply off-site, with the employer or the job board. I never handle applications.
Within the EMEA region, Vermeer works with independent dealerships. Every company has its own market, challenges and plans for the future. As a Regional Business Manager, you will support these organizations in their development and make a direct contribution to their growth.
What will you do?
As a Regional Business Manager, you are the permanent point of contact for the dealers in your region. You discuss what is going on within their organization and look together at the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead of them. Because every dealer is different, every situation requires a different approach.
You work closely with the people within the dealer organization and help them with issues in the field of business operations, cooperation and market development. In doing so, you can effortlessly switch between strategic issues and practical improvements. Whether it's growth, collaboration or changes within an organization, you help dealers to take the right steps.
To achieve this, you are responsible for, among other things:
- To support dealers in achieving their objectives. You think about the future of their company and help translate plans into concrete actions and results.
- Building strong relationships within your region. By regularly talking to dealers, you know what is going on and where support is needed.
- Supervising improvement processes within dealer organizations. You help to recognize opportunities and support the implementation of changes that help an organization move forward.
- Analyzing results and developments within the market. Based on this, you provide advice that dealers can use to strengthen their position and better respond to future opportunities.
- Working together with colleagues within Vermeer to support dealers in the best possible way. You bring people together and ensure that knowledge and experience end up in the right place.
- Propagating the Vermeer principles in everything you do. You build long-term relationships and work together on solutions that add value for both dealers and customers.
