About the team & this role

Sateliot's Product team turns a live 5G NB-IoT satellite constellation into something customers can build on directly from standard devices. As Technical Product Enablement Specialist for Brazil, you'll be the technical bridge between Product, our local sales team, and the end customers integrating our service, guiding them hands-on from their first contact with the Nordic nRF9151 dev kit all the way to a working device on our constellation. Reporting into Product and working side by side with sales in-region, you'll be as comfortable in a datasheet as in front of a customer, turning complex satellite IoT technology into something that simply clicks.

What you'll do

• Own the technical enablement of end customers across Brazil, taking them through the full integration program, from terrestrial testing to the Sateliot Lab and live field tests, until their devices reach reliable connectivity on our constellation.
• Act as the technical authority for the Brazil sales team: join customer conversations, scope integrations, and translate our product capabilities into deals the team can close.
• Helping OEMs and IoT Solution providers to Commercialize their 3GPP Rel-17+ Capable NTN LEO-capable devices and solutions
• Guide customers' engineering teams through the NB-IoT device adaptations that make satellite IoT work: satellite-pass prediction, the 2-step attach procedure, and Store & Forward.
• Be the voice of the Brazil market inside Product: bring real field and customer insight back to the Barcelona team to sharpen the roadmap and improve enablement materials.
• Lead hands-on testing and troubleshooting alongside customers, from bench setup through in-country field trials, pulling in Sateliot's testing and embedded engineers when deeper support is needed.

What you bring

• ~3 years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions or sales engineering, field application engineering, technical support, or IoT integration) where you owned customer outcomes end to end.
• Hands-on experience with cellular IoT and embedded development, working with NB-IoT or LTE-M and AT commands.
• Familiarity with the Nordic SDK / nRF Connect and hands-on firmware debugging.
• Fluent Portuguese and English, with the range to move between a customer's firmware engineer and their commercial decision-maker.
• A self-starter who operates independently in-region while staying closely connected to a remote Product and engineering team.

Bonus if you have

• Exposure to LEO satellite systems, NTN, or 3GPP standards (Release 17 NB-IoT NTN).
• Existing relationships in Brazil's IoT ecosystem: device makers, MVNOs, or system integrators.

Additional requirements

• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Brazil for field tests, and occasionally to Sateliot's Lab and HQ in Barcelona for training and integration work.
• Based in Brazil with the right to work locally, and able to work on-site with the sales team.
