WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of the CEMEA Marketing team, supporting some of Nike's fastest-growing territories across Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. From global sporting moments to local consumer connections, our teams bring Nike's brand stories to life for athletes* and consumers across the region.

As Specialist I, Running, ACG & Agile, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal marketing initiatives across the region. Working across multiple markets and functions, you'll help ensure our campaigns and consumer experiences are executed seamlessly and deliver meaningful impact.
In this role, you'll report to the CEMEA Manager, Running & ACG and collaborate closely with teammates across Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Marketplace teams.
You'll support the adaptation and execution of the Running & ACG brand strategy across CEMEA, ensuring our brand stories and consumer experiences resonate with local consumers and communities. Along the way, you'll build strong cross-functional relationships, coordinate with territory teams and partners, and gain exposure to how integrated marketing comes together across a diverse and fast-paced region. You'll also work alongside some of the industry's leading creative and agency partners, contributing to campaigns and experiences that connect sport, culture, and consumers.

- Has experience in marketing, brand management, project management, or a related field.
- Is confident creating presentations and telling clear, compelling stories through Keynote or PowerPoint.
- Experience working within the CEMEA marketplace is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will support the Running & ACG brand business across the CEMEA region and help ensure marketing plans come to life effectively while maintaining alignment with Nike's brand priorities and consumer strategies.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of marketing initiatives across a complex and fast-growing geography. You'll build strong relationships across Nike's marketing ecosystem while helping bring seasonal brand priorities to life and strengthen Nike's connection with consumers throughout the CEMEA region.
Key areas of focus include;
- Develop a deep understanding of the Running & ACG consumer, cultural trends, and the broader marketplace to identify opportunities to strengthen Nike's connection with consumers across CEMEA.
- Partner with city teammates to gather, consolidate, and share market insights and feedback with relevant stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Help adapt and localize global and geo marketing priorities into a CEMEA-relevant point of view, ensuring we continue to drive brand distinction across key consumer moments.
- Support the briefing, planning, and execution of seasonal brand campaigns and community experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure alignment, seamless delivery, and adherence to Nike brand standards.
- Support athlete, community, and consumer experiences that strengthen Nike's connection with runners across CEMEA.
- Support content planning and campaign execution across digital, social, retail, and media channels.
- Manage project timelines, meeting preparation, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder communications to help keep key initiatives on track.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance team effectiveness.
