How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will automate server provisioning and configuration using Ansible, streamlining processes for efficiency.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop automation scripts and tools in Python, enhancing our operational capabilities.
• Support and maintain VMware-based virtual infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
• Collaborate with internal platform teams to integrate and automate software deliveries, driving innovation in our processes.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who already has a solid technical foundation and a genuine interest in IT infrastructure. During your apprenticeship, you'll build on that foundation while learning how enterprise platforms, automation, and delivery pipelines are designed, operated, and continuously improved. Ideally, you have:

• A genuine interest in IT infrastructure, with a desire to explore technology beyond the classroom.
• Experience with Linux, Python, virtualization, automation, or networking through personal or educational projects.
• An analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving, enabling you to tackle challenges effectively.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and best practices, contributing to your professional growth.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
