Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new technologies, components and suppliers to support future product development and innovation.
Define technical requirements and ensure components meet performance, quality, reliability and cost targets.
Lead component development activities from concept and feasibility phases through testing, validation and industrialization.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to develop, improve and optimize products throughout their lifecycle.
Analyze test results and technical data to ensure solutions perform as expected in real-life operating conditions.
Support the introduction of new products and technologies into serial production, ensuring a smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
Manage technical risks, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous product optimization.
Act as a technical reference for mechatronic components, sharing knowledge and supporting global project teams.
Profile:
Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
Experience in automotive R&D, product development or systems engineering.
Strong understanding of complex technical products and multidisciplinary development environments.
Knowledge of product validation and engineering best practices.
Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive technical topics independently.
Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving approach.
Fluent English.
