WHO WE ARE
Plug and Play Tech Center is the ultimate innovation platform, bringing together the best startups and the world’s largest corporations to create the most meaningful connections that bring innovation to anyone, anywhere. We are on a mission to bring the benefits of Silicon Valley to all four corners of the world. Within our platform, we focus on various sectors, including a dedicated energy vertical where pioneering startups meet industry leaders in the energy sector.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will own the day-to-day execution of our paid channels and email marketing, working closely with the Digital Manager and the wider growth team to generate demand, nurture leads, and turn traffic into pipeline. This is a hands-on execution role — you will be in the platforms daily, running campaigns, testing, optimising, and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Paid Media Execution
- Own the day-to-day management of Meta and Google Ads — campaign setup, audience targeting, bid management, and ongoing optimisation.
- Support the launch and growth of YouTube as a performance channel.
- Lead the launch of LinkedIn Ads, including sponsored content and lead gen forms, as we expand into ABM-style targeting for corporate audiences.
- Leverage AI tools to draft, generate, and iterate on ad creative and copy when needed to scale testing.
- Work with the Digital Manager to define channel mix, budget allocation, and testing roadmap.
2.Email Marketing & HubSpot
- Own email marketing end-to-end — strategy, build, deployment, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Design and manage nurture tracks for different lead segments (e.g. event leads, inbound watchleads, cold outreach).
- Set up and optimise email workflows in HubSpot, including segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle triggers.
- Define and track the right email KPIs — open rate, CTR, unsubscribe rate, MQL contribution — and report on them regularly.
- Maintain HubSpot email database health: list hygiene, contact properties, and suppression logic.
3.Reporting & Analytics
- Report weekly and monthly on paid channel performance — CPL, CPC, ROAS, MQL volume by channel.
- Track email performance and flag issues early (deliverability, engagement drops, unsubscribe spikes).
- Contribute to the monthly marketing performance summary for leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns independently — not just supporting an agency.
- Some exposure to LinkedIn Ads and Youtube Ads and willingness and curiosity to develop this further.
- Strong email marketing skills — you know what makes a good nurture track, how to segment, and what to measure and how to ace a newsletter.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, specifically email workflows, segments, and campaign tracking.
- Proven experience in managing six-figure budgets with multiple locations
- Comfortable with data — you report on your own performance, spot what is working, and propose what to change.
- Detail-oriented and organised — you manage multiple campaigns and channels without dropping the ball.
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with ABM concepts and account-based targeting on LinkedIn.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, international environment.
- HubSpot certification.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar tool.
This is an execution role. You will be working to a strategy defined by the Digital Manager and Growth Marketing Director- not setting it from scratch. You will have room to propose, test, and improve, but you need to be comfortable with clear direction and a focus on delivery. If you are looking for a strategic leadership role, this is not it yet.
- All CVs must be submitted in English
