Clinical Support Specialist, Sure Smile (m/f)

Location: Warsaw (office based)

Key responsibilities:

• Clinical/ technical Sure Smile platform support
• Acting as a key user of SureSmile clinical platform and offering central support for doctors - end users
• Clinical education's support for dental practitioners
• Manage the processing of documents workflow
• Support key elements of the shipping process
• Track the delivery of sales and marketing materials to local sales team and/or direct customers after despatch of goods
• Working with internal stakeholders on key matters
• Provide regular updates to our Customers and Business Development Specialists
• Escalate Sure Smile knowledge
• To comply with OSH rules and internal Dentsply Sirona regulations
• To perform other tasks assigned by a superior adequate to qualifications

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in dental field as a Dental Technician
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong team building and motivational skills
• Negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
• Interpersonal and diplomatic
• Excellent data entry skills
• Attention to detail; accurate and observant
• Good organisational abilities; able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in Customer Services within a supply chain (is advantageous)
