Join LEGO Education (LE) as a Senior People Partner and drive the people agenda for our Product Experience (PX) team. In this strategic role, you will partner with and coach senior leaders to shape and build high performing teams, lead transformation, change, and enable capability building. Please note: This role is based in Billund, a Senior Manager Specialist skyline, and relocation is not offered.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to the LEGO Education Global People Plan and implementation of end-to-end people agenda in designated business units.
- Be an active member, coach and sparring partner for PX´s business unit leadership team (LT), and people leaders.
- In connection to the business & people strategies and in anticipation of business needs, drive initiatives, in close partnership with business leaders, related to capability building, talent management and employee engagement agenda.
- Design workshops, learning initiatives and other sessions to engage and develop teams in connection to business objectives and the people strategy.
- Collaborate with internal LEGO Group People, Places & Culture (PPC) Centres of Excellence and other PPC business partners to understand and create impact through global people initiatives.
- Secure strong deployment and impact of annual people processes including year-end and mid-year dialogues, PULSE and Upward Feedback surveys, KPI and COT setting and drive ongoing evaluation and dialogue to improve Motivation & Satisfaction as a primary people measure.
- Be accountable for governance and hygiene factors within areas you support including org design principles, data accuracy, headcount baseline, and all people costs.

The LEGO Education People team plays a key role in developing and delivering the people strategy, ultimately enabling the success of the business by creating high performing teams and supporting employee engagement, growth and learning.
The LE People team consists of a Business Partnering function reporting directly into the LEGO Education organization but with close collaboration and connection to the broader PPC team.
This role, based in Billund, will be providing partnership to areas of the LEGO Education business including Product Experience (other BU support TBD).
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has extensive demonstrated experience in HR roles including solid experience as a Business Partner, ideally with an international organization. You have collaborated across matrix organizations and contributed to the development and execution of a holistic people & culture strategy to support a business strategy. In addition, we expect that you have experience in:
- Partnering with business leaders to build high performing teams.
- Coaching, providing feedback to and challenging senior level leaders.
- Successfully identifying and leveraging data & insights to build a case for an initiative or actions that impact business performance. Success in developing data-driven storylines to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Operating independently including identification of short to medium-term business needs and execution of corresponding actions.
- Collaborating with CoE function (Recruitment, Reward, and Employee Relations with enough knowledge to engage meaningfully with these functions, and influence when needed.
It will be an advantage if you have experience in a product, digital or tech-based business with agile and project-based working.
