Responsibilities
Project Framing
Define project scope, KPIs, targets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders
Project Governance
Establish project cadence, governance routines, status reporting, and action tracking to keep delivery on schedule
Task Tracking
Track tasks and deliverables across teams, identify risks and blockers early, and coordinate appropriate escalation
Methodology & Documentation
Stay close to measurement approaches such as attribution modelling and ensure processes and documentation evolve accordingly
Communication & Reporting
Provide clear and regular project status updates and communicate impact findings to key stakeholders
Meeting Management
Prepare agendas and materials, facilitate project meetings, and document decisions, actions, and next steps
Requirements
Project Management
5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, program management, or similar cross-functional delivery roles
Cross-Functional Delivery
Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, functions, and stakeholder groups
Project Planning
Strong skills in defining project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
Governance & Risk
Experience managing project governance, risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, status reporting, and escalations
Stakeholder Management
Strong ability to align stakeholders with different priorities and influence teams without direct authority
Analytics & Measurement
Good understanding of digital analytics, marketing measurement, campaign performance, attribution, or cross-channel measurement
