CNC Wire EDM Operator

Position Overview

• Role: Wire EDM Technician

• Industries Served: Semiconductor (e.g., ASML), Analytical, Solar, Medical, and Aerospace & Defence

Core Responsibilities

• Production: Produce highly complex precision mechanical parts and assemblies using Wire EDM machines and modern CAD/CAM programming systems.
• Process Management: Take co-responsibility for the complete production process, including machining strategies, tooling selection, clamping methods, and quality assessment.
• Batch Types: Focus primarily on single-piece manufacturing or small-series production.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Completed technical education.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of machining techniques, machinery, and common materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings and independently manufacture & inspect parts according to form and position tolerances.
• Soft Skills: Cost-conscious, flexible, positive mindset, precise, focused, and a team player.
• Language: Good command of English.

Salary & Compensation

• Gross Salary: €46,300 to €54,100 per year (depending on education and experience).
• Vacation & Leave: 25 paid holiday days per year, plus up to 7 paid public holidays.
• Allowances:
• 8.33% annual holiday allowance.
• 4.979% monthly ADV allowance on top of basic salary.
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.19 per km.

Relocation & Onboarding Support (via Technix)

Technix provides a complete relocation package for international candidates, including:

• Assistance with finding local housing.
• Administrative setup (Dutch bank account, BSN number, health insurance application).
• A basic Dutch language course.
• Ongoing performance evaluations and social/informal team gatherings.

Pay: €3.600,00 - €4.900,00 per month
