We are looking for an experienced and motivated Nail Technician Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled nail technician who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to work with clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, acrylic and gel nail treatments.
- Lead, support and motivate the salon's nail technician team.
- Maintain consistently high standards of treatments and customer service.
- Train and support new and existing team members.
- Help organise staff schedules, appointments and daily salon operations.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure nail products and supplies are available.
- Ensure strict hygiene, sanitation and health and safety standards are followed.
- Handle client enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
- Keep the team up to date with new nail trends, techniques and products.
- Support the continued growth and success of the Londora salon.
What We're Looking For
- Strong professional experience as a Nail Technician.
- Experience leading or supervising a salon team is preferred.
- Excellent skills in manicures, pedicures and gel polish.
- Experience with BIAB, acrylics, gel extensions and nail art is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage a team.
- Relevant nail or beauty qualifications are preferred, although candidates with strong practical experience will also be considered.
