About the Job

As a Digital Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation, data, artificial intelligence, and industrial digitalization. You will work closely with Digital and Data teams as well as business areas to identify opportunities for process improvement, support technology adoption, and contribute to initiatives that drive operational excellence. In this role, you will help maintain operational data, reports, and dashboards, support the exploration of AI use cases, and contribute to digitalization projects through data collection, process mapping, and technology implementation. You will also play a role in creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and guidelines, helping promote standardization and knowledge sharing across Digital and Data initiatives. This is an opportunity to develop your digital skills, gain insight into real-world business and technology challenges, and contribute to projects with a tangible impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption in collaboration with business areas.
• Monitor and maintain operational data, reports, and dashboards, helping ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Support Digital and Data teams in exploring and developing Artificial Intelligence use cases, including data preparation and validation.
• Contribute to industrial digitalization projects through data collection, process mapping, and support in implementing digital solutions.
• Assist in analyzing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved efficiency.
• Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical documentation, procedures, and guidelines.
• Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices to support standardization and knowledge sharing across Digital and Data initiatives.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, data, Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and approach problems in a structured way.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, visualization, or digital tools; experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented attitude, with attention to detail and a strong motivation to develop in a digital and technology-focused environment.
